Jasper Carrott OBE (born Robert Norman Davis; 14 March 1945) is a British actor, comedian and television presenter.

He made his television debut in 1976 with A Half Hour Mislaid with Jasper Carrott. In 1978 followed his first television series, An Audience with Jasper Carrott. He gained further fame with the series The Detectives, a parody of police dramas.

Carrott has a star on the Birmingham Walk of Stars. In 2004 he was awarded an honorary doctorate of the University of Birmingham .
